I am a young passionate person born and raised in Poole, Dorset. I am very hardworking and very loyal to all of my dogs and their human companions.
I love to help dogs but also help their owners as I know what it is like to struggle with problems with your dogs.
I became interested in dogs when I got my first dog, Bob the Saint Bernard. We rescued him at 2 years old and we really jumped in at the deep end with a huge dog as our first dog. He dragged on the lead, it took 3 people to hold him, he ran off, barked at dogs and just didn’t listen at all. We got a dog trainer to help us and Bob completely changed in front of my eyes.
We had a completely different dog and he was now a pleasure to be around. We took him every where, worked with him everyday and I can safely say that that dog was the best part of my childhood and is the thing that sparked my passion for dogs and an interest in their behaviour.
My second dog Scooby really helped me to launch my career and further my knowledge of dog behaviour.
I rehomed Scooby from someone I knew and he wasn’t in the best conditions so I felt sorry for him. I would take him for a walk after school, while others were out socialising, I was riding my bike with Scooby.
Scooby was my project to learn some new skills and really test some techniques and tools to see what can be changed.
Bob also helped me to train Scooby and the two of them became best friends.
Unfortunately Bob passed away and I felt broken. Scooby was there to pick up the pieces.
I continued to work with scooby and further his skills and training and he really did become my greatest doggy achievement.
Everyone that met him loved him. I used him to diagnose dogs and rehabilitate dogs. He was an amazing soul that was so affectionate.
Scooby since passed away in October of 2022 leaving a massive hole in both my heart and my business.
I wasn’t looking for another dog but by chance a little dog was available through some one I know.
From January I have now taken on my latest project, Brock the Boston Terrier.
As well as personal dog experience, I took a level 3 animal management course at Kingston Maurward college in Dorchester.
I then worked for a local dog walker which helped me to test out training techniques on different dogs.
I then shadowed a local behaviourist to obtain more experience and further my knowledge of the industry. While shadowing the behaviourist, i started a level 4 dog advanced canine behaviour course.
I decided to start my own dog walking service to help me with my behaviour work. This allowed me to train dogs and get experience.
This is now my speciality of work, walking dogs that have behaviour issues that other dog walkers cannot or may not want to take on.
I also help my Wife as a dog grooming assistant for her business ‘The Dawg Wash’.

I have now just started my latest project to train my next canine sidekick. Brock the Boston Terrier. I am now training this dog to help me assess and train other dogs that have behaviour issues.
